Banana Nut Bread
Set oven temperature to 350F
Cream together:
1/2 C butter/margarine
1/2 C sugar or Splenda
1 tsp walnut flavoring
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
Add and mix well:
2 well beaten eggs
Add and mix thoroughly:
2 C all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 Tbs milk
2 very ripe bananas (mashed)
1/2 t salt
Fold in:
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Bake: in greased and floured loaf pan for 50-60 min.
Test: with toothpick or cake tester until it comes out clean
Cool: in pan for 15 mins. then turn out onto a rack
